Career Connections    

Career Connections, a division of Flathead Industries, has been helping people with disabilities find employment for over 20 years. At Career Connections we represent many qualified, capable people with a wide variety of disabilities looking for employment. We represent people who may work in jobs they can no longer perform because of a disability caused by an injury or illness. They may be under-employed, never-employed or need a change of jobs based on changing capabilities. At our center we can help individuals refocus their career goals.

Our clients are referred to us by a variety of agencies including: The Department of Veterans Affairs, Montana Vocational Rehabilitation, Montana State Fund, and private vocational rehabilitation agencies. Working as a team, the client, vocational rehabilitation counselor, and Career Connections’ employment specialist design and implement a personal plan for career success.

Why do we succeed? For several reasons. First, because our clients desire to succeed Second, because we take the time to ensure a proper job match. We use tools such career exploration, employment counseling and job tryouts. And third, because we keep in touch. We establish open channels of communication with clients and employers, and follow up regularly with both parties after placement.
